To be eligible for a replacement of the same item(s), your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case that you are eligible for a replacement(s), customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

We are not responsible for items that are either damaged or lost during transit.
